Business & Community Lenders of Texas appoints David Salinas to their board of directors.

Business & Community Lenders (BCL) of Texas, a statewide

non-profit lender, recently appointed Mr. David Salinas, to serve as a member of their board of directors.

“David is a wonderful addition to our board. He brings over 25 years of knowledge and experience
in project management, engineering and bridges our representation within the South Texas area,” say Rosa Rios Valdez, executive director of BCL of Texas. “With our South Texas collaborative partnership we have a board member who will help forward our program expansion in the Rio
Grand Valley.”

Mr. David Salinas is currently the Principal Owner and Chief of Operations at this own Engineering/Environmental and Surveying Consulting Firm, Salinas Engineering & Associates, Inc. He has extensive experience in surveying, civil and environmental engineering. David’s firm continues
to provide a variety of quality Engineering/Environmental and Surveying services to the local business community and has served as City Engineer for many of the area’s City and rural water supply corporations. In addition to his private practice, David is actively involved in charity and
church activities while helping support many of the local professional organizations.
