Key Program Features:

• Cohort Style Learning: Intensive workshops led by BCL expert Financial and Entrepreneurship Coaches.
• Personalized Business Coaching for growth and development.
• Knowledge in Entrepreneurship Basics: Educating participants on assessing business goals, business plans, marketing your business, knowing your numbers (personal finance and business), and action planning for growth.
• Networking Opportunities: Assisting South Dallas Fair Park ecosystem through access to resources and to subject matter experts.
• Match Savings Account approach to help the entrepreneur build their personal/business savings; where every dollar the participant saves, we will match contributions dollar-for-dollar, up to $500 at the completion of each cohort. Matching funds from BCL must be used specifically for business related expenses. Participants must complete all program requirements.
  

Program Requirements:

1. Must have an address for their personal residence or business in South Dallas Fair Park. Link to Map
2. Be a current business owner or aspiring business owner.
3. Attend all in-person orientation and workshops. See schedule below.

• Tuesday, October 14, 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM (Goals Assessment and Intro to Business Plan)
• Tuesday, October 21, 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM (Marketing)
• Tuesday, October 28, 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM (Numbers Talk)
• Tuesday, November 4, 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM (Real Action Planning)
